General Search

Instructions

1. Choose up to 3 fields from the lists in A, B and C.
2. Select the type of match to perform with each field and enter search strings.
3. Use Grouping to link the rows of the search operations.

Search tips

• Words of 2 characters or less are not used.
• For Keyword searches like 'Trip of a Lifetime', use 'Trip Lifetime'.
• For hyphenated words like 'open-minded', use 'open-minded'.
• For Author's Last Name searches like 'De Costi', use 'Costi'.
• APN and ISBN searches must be exact. Exclude hyphens and spaces.
• Use the partial word search for words with apostrophes and hyphens (e.g. Parkinson for Parkinson's, Self for Self-assessment).
