We've made some important changes!

Members and valued customers, recently we have made some important changes to the way you login to shop and/or to update your details with us online.

For Members

Are you a Member who is a regular shopper with us online?
You can now login using either your Member number OR email with your password.

Are you already a Co-op Member but new to shopping with us online?
Every Co-op Member has been allocated a login and password. To retrieve this information please contact webhelp who will look up your details and send you your password. You can then login as a Member and order online. It is not necessary for existing Members to create a new login. Creating a new login will not link you to your Member benefits.

For Non-Members

Are you a regular shopper with us?
We have replaced the W number prefix and issued new login numbers for all our customers. Now you can login using your existing email account and password.

Are you new to shopping with us?
You do not need to be a Member to shop online. However you must first create a login in order to purchase items online. This is a simple process that takes only a few moments.
