eBook Fulfillment

When purchasing an eBook the following process needs to be followed:

1. Determine if your computer meets the minimum system requirements.
2. Go to the VitalSource website and select either the Windows or Mac version of VitalSource Bookshelf. This is the eBook reader you will use for your eBook.
3. Download and install the VitalSource Bookshelf reader. See the VitalSource Bookshelf reader Help menu for registration details.
4. After purchasing your eBook an email containing your eBook redemption code will be sent to the email address you have entered on the Co-op Bookshop's website.
5. Select the link and your VitalSource Bookshelf reader will open and automatically begin downloading your eBook once you enter your password.
6. When the download is completed your eBook will be viewable within the Bookshelf application.
